Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis persepsi dan partisipasi perempuan pesisir terhadap pemanfataan Lembaga Keuangan Mikro (LKM) dalam mendukung pembudidayaan rumput laut berkelanjutan di Desa Laikang, Kabupaten Takalar, Sulawesi Selatan. studi kasus kualitatif merupakan pendekatan yang digunakan, melibatkan informan 20 petani rumput laut perempuan yang dipilih secara purposif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi tema-tema kunci terkait persepsi, penggunaan dana, dan tantangan dalam mengakses pembiayaan dengan visualisasi Nvivo. Penelitian menggambarkan bahwa persepsi perempuan positif terhadap lembaga keuangan mikro sebagai penyedia modal untuk bibit, peralatan, dan pembiayaan tenaga kerja pembibitan. Namun, timbul hambatan mengenai tanggung jawab bersama dalam kelompok, dan kecenderungan menggunakan dana untuk kebutuhan sosial dan rumah tangga akibat ketidakstabilan pendapatan. Temuan ini mempertegas bahwa lembaga keuangan mikro (LKM) berperan dalam pembudidayaan rumput laut berkelanjutan sehingga perlu meningkatkan batas kredit dan mengembangkan skema pembiayaan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perempuan pesisir. Studi ini berkontribusi bagi penyusunan kebijakan pemberdayaan perempuan di sektor perikanan dan kelautan berbasis lokal.
