PENA TEKNIK: Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu-Ilmu Teknik published since March 2016 by the Engineering Faculty, Universitas Andi Djemma (Unanda) Palopo. Published twice a year in March and September. Contains writings raised from research results and contemporary essays of engineering sciences.

The articles published in PENA TEKNIK: Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu-ilmu Teknik are going through a double-blind peer-review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Board’s right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation.

Please read and understand the author's guidelines for the preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscript to the editors should comply with the author's guidelines and template. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or using a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.

Starting from the 2019 edition of Volume 4 Number 2, PENATEKNIK has been accredited based on Surat Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset dan teknologi Kemdikbud, Nomor 105/E/KPT/ 2022, tentang Peringkat Akreditasi jurnal ilmiah periode I Tahun 2022.

Journal Pena Teknik has an area of expertise consisting of Civil Engineering Information System, Computer and Network Engineering Architecture & Urban-Regional Planning Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Transportation Engineering Geological & Mining Engineering Ocean & Naval Engineering The editors, hence, are pleased to announce a Call for Papers for the next issue to be published in the 2023 edition. Submitted papers should fulfill the scope and adhere to the guidelines of the journal (journal’s policy). All papers will be peer-reviewed in accordance with the journal’s typical standards. International Symposium on Engineering and Technology in Disaster Mitigation 2021
The first International Symposium on Engineering and Technology in Disaster Mitigation (ISETiD 2021) will hold in Palopo, Indonesia on April 7-9, 2021. ISETiD 2021 is dedicated to addres related to mitigate natural disasters that happened in Indonesia such as flash floods, landslide, fire, climate change and pandemic covid-19 affect the social and economic of the community, as well as the existence of biodiversity.
