Pelatihan Manajemen Usaha Coffee Shop “Kopi Latimojong”

Abstract

The coffee shop business in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth; however, many business owners face challenges in management, marketing, and operations. The training at Kopi Latimojong aims to enhance participants' knowledge and skills in managing coffee shops using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The method employed is participatory training, involving lectures, case studies, interactive discussions, and mentoring. The training results showed a significant increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test scores, indicating that participants successfully improved their understanding of production, marketing, and business management aspects. The evaluation results indicated that through the BMC strategy framework, the importance of developing value propositions, optimizing distribution channels, and managing customer relationships can be identified as key elements that require attention from coffee shop owners. The training effectively equipped participants with relevant business strategies and helped them adapt to market trends. The implications of the training are increased competitiveness and business sustainability for coffee shop.
