PENA TEKNIK: Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu-Ilmu Teknik Volume 9 Number 1, published in March, consists of 5 manuscripts covering engineering fields such urban and regional planning; infrastructure planning; Renewable Energy Engineering; Intelligent Tutoring System; and transport planning and travel behavior. All manuscripts come from 4 affiliates in 3 countries, namely Indonesia, Austria and Malaysia. These affiliates are Politeknik Negeri Jember, Jember, Indonesia; School of Architecture, Planning and Policy Development, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia; Nitro Institute of Business and Finance, Makassar, Indonesia; Urban and Regional Planning, Institut Teknologi Sumatera, South Lampung, Indonesia; Secretariat of the Directorate General of Land Transportation, Ministry of Transportation; Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia; and Institute for Transport Studies, University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, Austria. PENA TEKNIK: Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu-Ilmu Teknik published since March 2016 by the Engineering Faculty, Universitas Andi Djemma (Unanda) Palopo.  Published twice a year in March and September.  Contains writings raised from research results and contemporary essays of engineering sciences. The articles published in PENA TEKNIK: Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu-ilmu Teknik are going through a double-blind peer-review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Boards right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation.
