Abstract
PT. Solusi Hidup Mandiri Palopo still faces obstacles in its housing marketing process due to limited information delivery to potential customers and the lack of digitally integrated marketing data management. This situation results in information regarding housing products, the ordering process, and payment status being ineffectively accessible to potential buyers. This study aims to develop a website-based housing marketing information system feature that can facilitate information delivery, increase promotional effectiveness, and assist in the structured management of marketing data. The research method used is the Waterfall model system development method, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The system design used the Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the system implementation was carried out on a website with the support of an integrated database. System testing was conducted using the Black Box method to ensure each system function runs according to user needs, and usability evaluation to assess the level of ease of use of the system. The results of the study indicate that the developed system is able to provide housing information online, facilitate the ordering and payment process, and assist the company in managing marketing data more effectively and in a structured manner. Thus, this information system is expected to improve marketing effectiveness and facilitate access to information for potential customers.
