Ma'balu Online Application for Marketing Luwu's Typical Foods Based on a Website
Abstract
The Ma'Balu Online application is a digital solution designed to market Luwu's traditional foods on a website. This application aims to simplify interactions between sellers and buyers through product management, ordering, and transaction confirmation features. This research employed qualitative descriptive methods and a Unified Modeling Language (UML)-based design approach, with black box testing and usability testing. Qualitative descriptive methods were used to describe the system design and implementation process in depth based on observations and user needs analysis. Black box testing was conducted to ensure each application function ran as designed, while usability testing involved respondents to assess the application's feasibility. The test results showed that all features functioned well and achieved a feasibility score of 83%, which is considered very feasible. Therefore, this application can improve the marketing efficiency of Luwu's traditional foods by digitizing the sales process, reducing reliance on manual methods, and simplifying transactions.
