Website-Based Vehicle Reservation and Rental Information System at Sinar Wajo Rental, Palopo City
Abstract
Vehicle rental is a transportation service that plays a crucial role in meeting people's mobility needs. This study aims to design and implement a website-based vehicle booking and rental information system at PT. Rental Sinar Wajo in Palopo City. This research was motivated by the manual booking process, which limits customer access to information on vehicle availability and condition. The system development method used was the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model, which includes planning, analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. The results indicate that the developed system is able to improve the efficiency of the booking process, expand service coverage, and enhance service quality. Based on the feasibility test results, the system obtained a score of 91%, indicating that this application is highly suitable for use.
