Abstract

The Ar Rahma Clinic in Pongko Village still faces challenges in monitoring the health of the elderly due to its manual recording system, which can lead to delays in reporting, errors in recording, and difficulties in data retrieval. This study aims to design and build a web-based elderly health monitoring information system that can improve efficiency, accuracy, and ease of access to health data. The research method used was qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes needs analysis, system design, development, and black-box testing. The system was built using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database, and was designed with Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results showed that the designed information system facilitates the management of elderly patient data, the recording of health examination results, and the presentation of health reports in a structured and real-time manner. Therefore, this system is expected to support the improvement of the quality of elderly health services at the Ar Rahma Clinic in Pongko Village in a more effective and sustainable manner.
